Your Drivers License Information is Open and Public:

  • For use by ANY government agency, including any court or law enforcement agency, in carrying out its function, or any private person or entity acting on behalf of a federal, state, or local agency in carrying its functions.

  • For use in the Normal Course of Business by a Legitimate Business or its Agents, Employees, or Contractors to verify the accuracy of personal information submitted by the individual to the business or its agents, employees, or contractors.

  • There are many, many other reasons.  You can see all of them here at the Official Division of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles website.

When you use your computer to lookup ANY information at ANY State of Florida website, you are revealing your IP address and it is being recorded!  If you fill out a form online, that information is being saved and the information from that point onward BECOMES PUBLICLY ACCESSIBLE to ANYONE.  If you enter an Email Address at any official State of Florida website, your Email Address is considered Public Record from that point onwards.  Do you really want the DMV to know that you checked your Driver’s License Status from your computer to lookup whether your license is Revoked or Suspended?

Did you know that knowingly DWLR (Driving While License Revoked) and DWLS (Driving While License Suspended) could be a FELONY in the State of Florida? DO NOT go to the DMV website yourself to do a Driver’s License check from your own computer!  Our service ANONYMOUSLY runs a Florida Drivers License Check to check for Revocations, Suspensions, Points, and other information for you and reports the results instantly.  You will STAY PROTECTED and get the information you need regarding your Drivers License Status – Safely, Anonymously, and Discretely!

" Killer Service - My daughter got a red light camera ticket while driving my car to school.  She is so irresponsible that she didn't pay the ticket (says that she "forgot").  Since the registration on the car was in my name, my license almost got suspended without me even knowing it.  When I called the DMV, they said I was responsible for the ticket even though my daughter drove my car.  If I didn't pay the citation, I would have my license suspended and I would have to pay the DMV another $60.00 to reinstate my license.  This service let me know just in time to save my suspension and a bunch of money.  Everybody should get this service....now. "

- Doug W. Daytona, FL

" I recently moved and changed insurance companies.  My old insurance company sent a notice to the DMV that I no longer had insurance.  The notice from the DMV went to my old address so I never got it.  My license was going to be SUSPENDED by the DMV.  That's a $150.00 reinstatement fee I just saved.  This service was worth every penny. "

- Frank S. Tampa, FL

" I got a red light camera ticket a few months ago after I had signed up for your monitoring service.  I never got the notice of the ticket.  My license was going to be suspended, but your service caught it almost a month early and I was able to avoid suspension. "

- Jill N. Jacksonville, FL

To Fix a "Court Related" Suspension....

FAILURE TO PAY TRAFFIC FINE(S)
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH TRAFFIC SUMMONS

IF YOU SIMPLY PAY A CITATION/TICKET AND DO NOT OR CANNOT ELECT OR COMPLETE TRAFFIC SCHOOL FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE ASSESSED POINTS ON YOUR LICENSE!  (You are Admitting Guilt)

DRIVER'S LICENSE RECORDS DO NOT CLEAR THEMSELVES.  IF YOUR LICENSE IS SUSPENDED, YOU WILL HAVE TO FIX IT YOURSELF.  THIS TAKES TIME, EFFORT, AND ABILITY TO PAY ANY ASSOCIATED COURT AND/OR DMV FEES.

DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED LICENSE IS A SERIOUS AND VERY EXPENSIVE OFFENSE IN FLORIDA.  (A typical "DWLS with Knowledge" Criminal Violation, Citation, and Associated Arrest in Miami-Dade will cost you $693.00 - that's before insurance, points, court fees, attorney fees, impound fees, etc.)

UNPAID TICKETS OR CITATIONS:  These MUST be cleared at the Courts in the county the citation was issued before your Drivers License record can be cleared.  In certain counties, if tickets are unpaid for a long period of time, the fees due are assigned to a collections company.  This depends on each individual county and nature of the infraction.  You will need to contact the Clerk of Courts in the county of the incident to resolve these or Contact an Attorney Now.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH COURT ORDERS:  Many suspensions are caused by failure to comply with certain court orders such as attend driver improvement courses, submit to  medical exams, etc.  You must contact the county court to comply with these orders.  It would be very beneficial to Retain an Attorney for these to represent you in court.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH TRAFFIC SUMMONS:  If you were summoned to court and missed a court date, depending on the infraction, the court MAY place a bench warrant on your arrest.  For cases such as this, you DEFINITELY SHOULD CONTACT A TRAFFIC ATTORNEY - They can set a new court date and represent you BEFORE YOU GET PULLED OVER AND FACE POSSIBLE ARREST.

DWLS ( Driving While License Suspended ):  This is a very serious offense in Florida.  DO NOT DRIVE on a suspended license!  There are two types of DWLS violations - one where you DO NOT KNOW your license is suspended and one where you KNOW your license was suspended.  Each carries certain fees, penalties, and points.  You may get away with DWLS once.  The second time, it is usually cause for your arrest (because you know your license is already suspended but are still driving).

WHAT IF I CAN'T PAY?:  If you can't pay a citation, court fees, or other, the court MAY be able to offer you a payment plan.  Some collections agencies also MAY offer payment plans.  You must contact the court or the collection agency directly if you want to apply for a payment plan.  Remember that court fees will NEVER go away.  You HAVE to pay your court fees.  There is no statute of limitations or waivers for court fees.  Squeeze your budget in other ways, but not with a payment due to the court.  The courts WILL put out a warrant for your arrest if you DO NOT MEET THE COURT'S FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS.

MY TICKETS ARE VERY OLD:  Regardless of whether your citations are new or old (even as old as 10 years), the fees associated with these violations never go away.  You have to get these resolved prior to reinstating your drivers license.

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHY MY LICENSE IS SUSPENDED?:  See the bottom of this page for Help.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE MY TICKET/CITATION NUMBERS?:  See the bottom of this page for Help.

WHAT IF I WANT TO PAY MY TICKET(S), BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH I OWE?:   Don't just pay these ticket(s) before you speak with an attorney.  If you pay the ticket, you will be assessed points and if you have a number of citations, the points assessed could be enough to keep your license suspended.  See below for an attorney that can help you.

It is Highly Recommended that you speak with a Traffic Attorney (Lawyer) if you have not done so already.  Traffic Attorneys are relatively inexpensive and offer a number of benefits.  They can:

  • Fight your ticket for you
  • May be able to get your Citation Dismissed
  • Reschedule Court Dates
  • Can go to Court for you so you Don't Have to
  • Can keep Points Off your License
  • Can offer you sound legal advice
  • May offer Flat-Rate Services
  • May Offer payment plans for representing you
  • ... and provide Absolutely 100% Free Consultations.

Remember that simply paying your Citation will almost guarantee points on your license which will increase your insurance rate.  Also, there are strict limits as to how many times you can attend traffic school to avoid points on your license.  It is always better to try to fight the ticket with legal representation.  Most traffic attorneys will not charge you if points are assessed on your license.
